This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath villa is located on a quiet corner lot and was built in 2007. The family room has very comfortable leather furniture and comes equipped with a HD TV, DVD, radio with CD player, and IPod docking station. You also have a beautiful view of the pool/lanai area. Once you open up the family room sliders, you bring in the outside. Right off the kitchen there is a cozy sitting area to relax, put your feet up, and enjoy a book. Also, for your convenience, in the sitting room, is a desk for your computer and wireless Internet. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home and more. There is also a breakfast bar for casual dining. For more formal dining with family and friends, the dining area is the perfect spot for entertaining. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and TV with DVD. The en suite bath has twin sinks, and walk-in shower. The master bath also opens to the lanai/pool area.
