"Orchid Falls" was built in April 2005. It is elegant but at the same time welcoming and homey and is situated in the upscale golf community of Rotonda, on the Florida Gulf Coast.
Rotonda has been designed around four full-size golf courses and a network of attractive freshwater canals. The neighborhood is "deed restricted" which ensures its immaculate presentation and peaceful surroundings.
The villa boasts a magnificent caged lanai with beach front pool design and canal view. The pool features a ten-foot waterfall and a small waterfall with fountain, surrounded by palm trees. A sloping floor makes the pool easily accessible for children and the elderly to reach the swimming depth area.
Outside dining for six, loungers, and barbecue are provided so you can enjoy this glorious view.
Furnished to a very high standard, the villa offers master suite with king-size bed, TV/DVD player, and slider out to pool area. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed and TV. The sliding doors allow access to the pool area. Bedroom three has two twin-size beds.
The great room with its 32-inch cable TV/DVD and comfortable furniture is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the pool/lanai area. When opening the sliding doors in the great room, the balmy breeze lets you know you are vacationing in paradise. There are two dining areas with views out to the pool area in addition to a breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen offers all the amenities of home. The utility area has a large capacity washing machine and dryer.
Additional extras to add to your comfort and enjoyment include beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and four bicycles (two adult/two children). The pool is electrically heated to allow our winter guests maximum enjoyment while swimming.

The keen golfer will certainly appreciate the numerous golf courses in this area. Rotonda boasts four separate courses within a five-minute drive of the villa, all of which offer challenging and enjoyable play.
