Furnished to a very high standard, the villa offers master suite with king size bed, TV/DVD player, and slider out to pool area. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and TV. The sliding doors allow access to the pool area. Bedroom three has two twin size beds.
The great room with its 32 inch cable TV/DVD and comfortable furniture is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the pool/lanai area. When opening the sliding doors in the great room, the balmy breeze lets you know you are vacationing in paradise. There are two dining areas with views out to the pool area in addition to a breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities of home. The utility area has a large capacity washing machine and dryer.
Additional extras to add to your comfort and enjoyment include beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and four bicycles (two adult/two children). The pool is electrically heated to allow our winter guests maximum enjoyment while swimming.
This beach community with its natural Florida charm affords a lifestyle to suit the discerning traveler. A choice of beautiful sandy beaches is within a 15 minute drive.
