Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with an the spacious family room and a beautiful view of the lanai/pool area as well as one of Florida's scenic canals. The family room is very comfortably furnished and has a 50 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.

There is a formal dining area as well as a kitchen eating nook and a breakfast bar for more casual dining. The kitchen, with its granite counter tops, has all the amenities of home.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The en suite bath has twin sinks, walk-in shower, and tub.

The first guest room has a queen size bed, and the second guest room as two twin beds. The guest bath, with a walk-in shower, also opens onto the lanai/pool area for an added convenience.

The screened in lanai is equipped with a dining set, barbecue, and loungers. The pool and spa are solar heated as well as electrically heated. There is also an outside shower to rinse off after visiting one of the many beaches.
